This is a brilliant product for an entire workout. Commercial grade multi-functional smith machine with twin pulley cables 1:1 ratio with 16 adjustments for any height cable workouts: arms, chest, back , legs, lat pull downs, power cage for bench press, squats, fixing point for bands. 5-way grip pull up bar, J hooks for dips, leg exercises the usage of the cables, 2*80 kg stack weights (move in 5 kg increments) for the cables exercises. Includes 2x safety spotter bar to offer protection to even as working out on my own. Weight limit for racks is 990 lbs and 770 lbs for the bar. Cables attach to commercial style weight stack with pick. Counter balanced with sealed bearing pulleys. Bench included is shown within the following pictures and plate weights included are a set of 55 lbs, 45 lbs, 35 lbs, 25 lbs, 10 lbs, 5 lbs. 2 of every weight.
